Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

LeaseTheDress.com currently does not offer refunds for rentals. We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. We value our customer relationship and recommend you contact us with any questions or concerns.

Exchanges

Dresses can be returned in the provided return packaging and exchanges may be provided on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have the ID tag in tact. There will be a charge for shipping on the exchanges or they can be sent with the next months order for free.

Late or missing charges

If an item is not returned on time and a membership is inactive, an amount up to the retail price of the missing item(s) will be charged to the membership payment method. We send a notification prior to each months return date. Upon ending your membership you will receive an invoice for any items not returned and the date they are due back.

Shipping Returns

Make sure to keep your return shipping container. If the return shipping label is lost you can reach out to us for a replacement. If you are unable to receive a shipping label from us, you are still responsible for returning the item. Our return address is 1350 Beverly Rd., Ste. 115 PMB 225, Mclean, VA 22101.
